American Coaster Enthusiasts' Fall Conference Set for Busch Gardens Tampa, Fun Spot America Kissimmee and Fun Spot America Orlando

American Coaster Enthusiasts to ride 13 different coasters during a thrilling Florida weekend of chills and fun.

TAMPA, KISSIMMEE and ORLANDO, FL – Eighty-five roller coaster enthusiasts from 24 states will come together in Florida at Busch Gardens Tampa (September 26-27), Fun Spot America Kissimmee (September 27) and Fun Spot America Orlando (September 28) to celebrate an internationally known theme park and two family-owned fun parks. This three-day celebration is the Fall Conference of the American Coaster Enthusiasts (ACE) held Friday through Sunday at three parks full of thrills and fun. A prime feature of the conference will be several hours of riding the three parks' two wooden and 11 steel roller coasters, plus some Halloween thrills.

Steel coaster aficionados in attendance are eager to get their fill of hair-raising inversions, radically banked turns and exhilarating surges of speed with Quick Queue admission on the inverted Montu, spine-tingling SheiKra and quick-launch Cheetah Hunt at Busch Gardens Tampa, plus the spinning Rockstar Coaster at Fun Spot America Kissimmee. Wood coaster fans are looking forward to experiencing the weightless "airtime" sensations with Quick Queue admission on the twisting Gwazi at Busch Gardens Tampa and an exclusive ride time (ERT) session on the wild White Lightning at Fun Spot America Orlando. Attendees will enjoy camaraderie with fellow fans and share stories of coasters ridden in all corners of the world, as many ACE members have traveled to Europe, South America, Australia and Asia. Anywhere there is a coaster, you will find an ACEer. Attendees will also enjoy picnics, Q&A sessions with park managers and the option to attend Busch Gardens' Howl-O-Scream, the park's top-rated Halloween event complete with 300 acres of fears and frights, including new horrifying haunted houses and sinister surprises around every corner.

A highlight of the event will be the ERT session Sunday morning on the new-for-2013 White Lightning and Freedom Flyer coasters at the recently expanded Fun Spot America Orlando.
